About me

My name is Fabian Thiel, freelance illustrator/animator, and I live with my little family in Berlin. I develop picture book apps for kids and I publish them as 1fixBOOKs.
Because I deliberately do everything myself, my apps are beautifully illustrated and animated, have a peculiar sound design and are very very simple in their functionality. 1fixBOOKs are easy to use and safe because they have no unnecessary interactivity, no links, no tracking and no ads.

Philosophie

  • Alle Menschen haben ihre eigene Fantasie. Autoren sollten Geschichten nicht zur selbstverliebten Präsentation ihrer eigenen Fantasie benutzen, sondern Wissen, Positionen und Emotionen vermitteln und die Fantasie ihres Publikums beflügeln.

  • „Das gute Leben richtig“ ist ein Leben, das trotz oder gerade wegen eines hohen Maßes an Bewusstheit als glücklich und erfüllt empfunden wird, weil es neben dem eigenen Glück auch auf das Glück und die Erfüllung der Anderen abzielt.
